1. Nature of the personal data which Aucxis processes

Aucxis processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you disclose them to us. Please find below an overview of the personal data which we process:

  • First and last name
  • Sex
  • Company
  • Position
  • Address details
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address

2. Particular and/or sensitive personal data which we process

Aucxis does not have the intention to collect data about relations under the age of 16 years. We cannot check, however, whether a website visitor is older than 16 years. We therefore recommend to parents to be involved during online activities of their children, to avoid that data about children are collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us via privacy@aucxis.com, and we will delete this information.

3. Why Aucxis needs your data

Aucxis processes your personal data, for the following purposes:

4. How long keeps Aucxis your data?

Aucxis will not keep your personal data for longer than it is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected.

5. With whom shares Aucxis your data? 

Aucxis only discloses data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or in order to fulfil a legal obligation. If these data are exchanged with third parties, you will always be notified.

6. Website Visit | Cookies | Google Analytics

Aucxis only uses technical and functional cookies and analytical cookies which do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file which is saved on your computer, tablet or smartphone during the first visit to this website. The cookies which we use, are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and your user convenience. They make sure that the website is properly functioning and remember for example your preferred settings. Furthermore, we can also optimise our website. You can unsubscribe from cookies by setting your internet browser in such a way that it no longer stores cookies. Moreover, you can also delete all information which has been saved earlier via the settings of your browser.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to register how users use our website. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address),is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Please read Google’s privacy policy for more information, as well as the specific Google Analytics’ privacy policy.

Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to disclose reports about the website. Google can disclose this information to third parties if Google is required by law to do so, or where these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence over this.

7. Social media

Aucxis uses the social networks Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. The links on our website and in documents to these sites are realised by code which is delivered by these companies themselves. This code places among other things a cookie (see above). Please read the privacy statement of respectively Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube (which can change regularly) to see how they deal with your personal data which they process with this code.

8. View, adjust or delete your data

You have the right to have access to your own personal data. You can retrieve, view, and, if necessary, adjust the personal data. In certain cases and if there are reasonable grounds to do so, you can ask us to delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us by following the procedure stated at the bottom of this page (Request for personal data).

Data can only be deleted if your relation with Aucxis cvba is terminated. If you are a customer or supplier, you will not be able to request to delete data if these data are necessary to collaborate or if there are grounds to maintain data such as legal disputes, unpaid invoices,… In this case, we will inform you on this.

9. Security

Aucxis takes the protection of your data seriously and takes the appropriate measures to avoid misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data are not well protected or there are indications of misuse, please contact us via privacy@aucxis.com.

Request for personal data

Do you wish to consult the personal data which Aucxis bv keeps in its files about you?

We will send you these data after receipt of a copy of your identity card on which you have obliterated – except your first and last name – all other data (for example by means of a black surface).

Then you will receive a form on which your personal data are filled in. You can use this form in order to change or delete your data. After making the adjustment of your data or after removal when legally valid (see privacy statement),you will receive a confirmation.
