Sale in auction rooms
The sale of perishable products such as fish, flowers, fruit and vegetables is frequently conducted in auction rooms. They can be equipped with a computerised buyers’ gallery and auction clocks or panels.
The price is usually established through the Dutch auction method or by raising bid or through a combination of both methods.
