Aucxis introduces R-Ticket at Ziekenhuis Maas en Kempen

The logistic flow in a hospital is characterised by a large variety in products and consumption. Non-logistics related personnel, whose priorities lie in dealing with medical issues, are picking products from stock. In order to avoid stock shortage and expired products, there are proven concepts which offer – thanks to the application of smart RFID technology – new and unprecedented efficiency and data security.

R-Ticket is an RFID Kanban system (empty-full concept) developed by Aucxis which offers a saving of time, user-friendliness and data security for picking, replenishment and order processing in all storage spaces of a hospital.
The innovative character manifests itself through the intuitive and flexible use, an integrated error checking and the corresponding convenient software tools.
R-Ticket is working as a standalone order system or as a transparent module which transfers information to WMS/ERP software.

R-Ticket will be implemented for all 13 decentral storage spaces in the brand new building of Ziekenhuis Maas en Kempen in Maaseik, Belgium. Operational on 1 October 2017!
