Aucxis takes the fight against the COVID-19 virus very seriously.
This means that we have to adapt our services and try to avoid personal contacts as much as possible.
Currently, we don’t receive customers or suppliers at the office, nor do we make customer visits. Of course, we do organize the necessary meetings via the available digital channels such as Skype or Teams.
We provide a permanence system for maximum customer support, but several colleagues are working according to an adapted schedule.
If you have an urgent question or problem, you can always reach us during working hours via firstname.lastname@example.org. Our general telephone line is temporarily inactive.
As before, our on-call system remains accessible 24/24 via the known channel, as well as the customer service remains unchanged.
